My child was sick, and we didn’t know that they would be sick 48 hours in advance. Do we still have to pay?

Yes.

We understand that kids get sick and that you can’t predict this, but out of respect for our teachers, their time, and livelihood, we have to charge for any cancellation made with less than 48 hours' notice. If it is possible to reschedule within the same week we will try to do so, and we also offer zoom options with most teachers. We appreciate your understanding.
